Submit to the delegate a monthly payroll report by the 7th day of the month following; and 3. Within 7 days after the due date for each quarterly BAS (i.e. the 28th of the following month), submit to the delegate a copy of the ICA and a bank account statement; and 4. Advise the delegate in writing upon entering into an agreement with a subcontractor and provide the subcontractor’s details and a copy of the subcontracting agreement. |
