It is also a condition of this licence that the licensee must: 1. Specified information is to be provided to the delegate within 28 days after the end of each financial quarter, including: a. a payroll summary report for all Queensland labour hire workers for the previous financial quarter where the report is generated from the licensee’s bookkeeping software and includes for all workers: name, gross pay, net pay, deductions if applicable, PAYG and superannuation, b. written authorisation of any deductions from workers’ wages, ensuring the authorisation can be properly shown to predate the first deduction, c. wage records for a sample of 3 different employees for each month within the quarter including pay slips, timesheets corresponding to the pay slips, and evidence of payment of wages; and 2. Keep a contemporaneous record of all hours worked by workers, which is to be maintained separately from any records held by users. | ||
