It is a condition of the licence that the licensee must: 1. Maintain financial records in a manner such that the licensee can report to the delegate about the activities and financial position of the labour hire component of the business separately to the hostel component of the business. 2. Submit monthly payroll reports for all labour hire workers to the delegate by the 7th day of the month following. 3. Submit evidence of lodgement and payment of BAS to the delegate within 7 days after the lodgement and payment due date imposed by the Australian Tax Office. 4. Submit evidence of lodgement and payment of superannuation guarantee to the delegate within 7 days after the lodgement and payment due date imposed by the Australian Tax Office. 5. Advise the delegate in writing within 7 days of a change of director, shareholder, executive or nominated officer or any person managing the business on a day-to-day basis. 6. Advise the delegate in writing within 7 days of the engagement of any subcontractor. 7. Maintain a logbook with the name and driver licence details of each driver of any vehicle used in the course of carrying on the labour hire business. | ||
