It is a condition of the licence that the licensee must: 1. Keep a record of hours worked by all workers whether directly employed by the licensee or engaged in another way. 2. Within 28 days of the end of each financial quarter, submit the following information: - a copy of the licensee’s Australian Taxation Office Integrated Client Account summary for the quarter; - a copy of the licensee’s Business Activity Statement (BAS) for the quarter; - a copy of the bank account statement for the period of any bank account used by the licensee to receive funds or make payments, showing full transaction listing for the quarter; - a copy of all invoices issued by the licensee during the quarter; - a payroll report for the quarter, generated from the licensee’s bookkeeping software and showing for each worker: hours worked, gross pay, net pay, tax deducted, superannuation amount, and any other deduction amount; - details of any subcontracting arrangements used during the quarter, including the name of the entity engaged with, its ABN, labour hire licence number if applicable and a copy of the agreement entered into; and - a copy of all invoices issued to the licensee during the quarter by subcontractors. 3. Ensure that the licensee takes appropriate steps to manage its supply chain, including ensuring that the licensee is aware of, and approves any instance of subcontracting, including verifying that all labour hire subcontractors hold a labour hire licence and that the engagement provides for a rate of payment which is sufficient to allow for the payment of minimum entitlements under the relevant award. | ||
