It is a condition of the licence that the licensee must: 1. Keep a record of hours worked by all workers. 2. Within 28 days of the end of each financial quarter, submit the following information: • a copy of the licensee’s Australian Taxation Office Integrated Client Account summary for the quarter • a copy of the statement for each of the licensee’s business bank accounts, with full transaction listing for the quarter • a copy of all invoices issued to users by the licensee during the quarter • a payroll report for the quarter generated from the licensee’s bookkeeping software and showing for each worker: hours worked, gross pay, net pay, tax deducted, superannuation amount, and other deduction amounts • proof of payment of superannuation to workers • details of any independent contractors and subcontractors used in Queensland during the quarter, including a copy of all invoices issued to the licensee, and if not previously provided, a copy of the relevant contract, and payment history report. | ||
