Advise the delegate in writing within 7 days of a change of director, shareholder, executive or nominated officer or any person managing the business on a day-to-day basis. 2. Provide a copy of the Business Activity Statement (BAS) lodged with the Australian Taxation Office within 7 days of each required BAS lodgement date. 4. Advise the delegate in writing within 7 days of the engagement of any subcontractor, including the subcontractor’s name and labour hire licence number. 5. Advise the delegate in writing within 7 days of any changes to the licensee’s Approved Employer status for the purpose of the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme. | ||
